Roasted Potatoes with Garlic

Weight Watchers Points : 1
Servings : 8 cups

Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Recipe:

  • 1 head garlic, cloves separated but not peeled

  • 1 pound tiny red potatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Ingredients:

  1. Arrange potatoes and garlic cloves in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

  2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and garlic is soft.

  4. Squeeze the roasted garlic from the peels onto the potatoes. Mix together.
