Marinated Brussels Sprouts Recipe:

Weight Watchers Points : 1
Servings: 8

Marinated Brussels Sprouts Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts

  • 4 tbs red wine vinegar

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon salt & sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon oregano & thyme

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Marinated Brussels Sprouts Preparations:

  1. Generously salted water to cover 2 pounds Brussels sprouts.

  2. Bring water to a boil.

  3. Cook for 6 – 8 minutes until cooked but still bright green.

  4. Drain away the water.

  5. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.

  6. Add hot sprouts, stir several times.

  7. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
