Grilled Lemon Garlic Mushrooms Recipes

Weight Watchers Points : 1
Servings : 4

Grilled Lemon Garlic Mushrooms Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned

  • 1 lemon

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Grilled Lemon Garlic Mushrooms Preparations:

  1. Place the mushrooms on three pieces of foil stacked together

  2. Crumple the sides to make a “pan” that will hold the juices.

  3. Grate the lemon rind on top of the mushrooms.

  4. Squeeze the lemon juice and add to the “pan”.

  5. Add the remaining ingredients.

  6. Leave the “pan” open on top and grill for about 6-8 minutes.
