Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad Recipe

Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad Recipe Ingredients:

  • Fresh cauliflower florets

  • Fresh broccoli florets

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 2 green onions. finely chopped

  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 4 tbs fat-free sour cream

  • 7 tbs fat-free mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 25 packets Equal Sweetener

Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad Recipe Preparations:

  1. Cut tomatoes into quarter.

  2. Chop broccoli and cauliflower.

  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate 2-3 hours.

  4. Stir before serve.
