What To Eat On Fat Smash Diet Phase One - Detox Phase
Food should be eaten raw, grilled or steamed. Whether you are hungry
or not you should eat 4 to 5 meals a day. Skipping meals are not
allowed.

Smash Diet Phase 4 - Temple
In this phase most of
the forbidden food such as potatoes, alcohol and rice are allowed in
moderation. The main dieting idea behind this phase is that as long
as you are able to handle those unhealthy food and go back to the
healthy dieting habit you have learnt in earlier phase you should be
able to retain your fitness. Ideally this phase last for life. If
for any reason you are not able to maintain your goal weight you can
at any time repeat the eating habit at earlier phase until your
target weight is archived. This final phase together with the
earlier phases are designed to change your relationship and
understanding with food
for the rest of your life.
