What To Eat On Fat Smash Diet Phase One - Detox Phase

Food should be eaten raw, grilled or steamed. Whether you are hungry or not you should eat 4 to 5 meals a day. Skipping meals are not allowed.

  • Fruits - as much as you like

  • Veggies - as much as you like except white potatoes and avocados

  • Chickpeas

  • Beans

  • Tofu

  • Lentils

  • Cooked brown rice - two cups per day

  • Skim milk - two cups per day

  • Water - drink as much as you like to flush the body

  • Oatmeal - one cup per day

  • Herbs and spices

  • Low fat yogurt - 6 oz., two times per day

  • Egg whites - 4 cups per day

  • Herbal tea - 2cups per da

  • Low fat virgin olive oil - one to two teaspoons

  • Fat - limited to 3 tablespoons per day

Food NOT Allowed During Phase 1

  • Fast food

  • Fried food

  • Coffee

  • Desserts

  • Alcohol

  • Soda

Food Allowed On Fat Smash Diet Phase 2 - Foundation Phase

During this phase more foods are introduced into the diet plan. Dieters should maintain 4 to 5 small meals a day. Skipping meals are not allowed. On top of the food in the detox phase, additional foods allowed during this phase are:

  • Avocado - half per day

  • Meat or seafood - 3 to 4 ounce daily

  • White potatoes - still not allowed

  • Egg - 1 whole

  • Cheese - 1 ounce

  • Whole-grain cereals (cold : 1.5 cup, hot 0.5 cup)

  • Sugar - 4 teaspoons

  • Salt - 2 teaspoons

  • Herbs and spices

  • Peanut butter - 2 teaspoons

  • Diet soda, lemonade or club soda - 2 cans

  • Coffee - 10 daily

  • Fruit juice - 8 ounce daily

Food Allowed On Fat Smash Diet Phase 3 - Construction Phase

Phase 3 sees slightly larger portion of restricted food plus new additional foods such as bread, pasta and dessert added back into the diet plan

  • Fruit juice - up to 16 ounces

  • Meat - 5 ounces or Seafood - 3 ounces

  • Whole eggs - 2

  • Skim or soy milk - 3 cups

  • Whole wheat pasta - 1 cup

  • Whole grain bread - 4 slices

  • Chocolate chip cookies - 3

  • Oatmeal cookies - 2

  • Fat ice cream - 1 scoop

What To Eat On Fat Smash Diet Phase 4 - Temple

In this phase most of the forbidden food such as potatoes, alcohol and rice are allowed in moderation. The main dieting idea behind this phase is that as long as you are able to handle those unhealthy food and go back to the healthy dieting habit you have learnt in earlier phase you should be able to retain your fitness. Ideally this phase last for life. If for any reason you are not able to maintain your goal weight you can at any time repeat the eating habit at earlier phase until your target weight is archived. This final phase together with the earlier phases are designed to change your relationship and understanding with food for the rest of your life.
