If your dream is the celebrity style of body and yet refuse to take medicines to accomplish that, this might be the solution for you.

Fat Smash Diet Plan

The Fat Smash Diet plan is not a short term weight loss program, but instead a lifestyle approach focused on good eating habit and getting lots of exercise that will sustainable over the long term. The diet offers an easy-to-follow, low-calorie diet plan to help dieters change unhealthy eating behaviors. The main idea behind the eating approach is to eat as many fruits and vegetables as you like. The reason is that these foods can provide you with nutrition as well as keep your hunger away. Regardless of whether you want to lose 10 pounds or 200 pounds Dr. Smith claims this will be the last diet plan you'll ever need.

Four Phases Of The Diet

Fat Smash Diet program has a very common sense approach to eating and dieting. The diet plan is divided into 4 important phases that cover a course over 90 days. According to it creator Dr Smith, the Fat Smash Diet Plan will change your relationship with food and you should see the first results in nine days. On average, dieters can expect to lose 6-8 pounds in the first phase( Detox ) which last for 9 days, then the weight loss rate slows down in second phase(Foundation) and third phase(Construction) as your calories intake increased. In the last phase called "Temple" most of the un-allowed foods at earlier phase are introduced. Foods such as wine, beer, pizza and potatoes are allowed in moderation. At the end of the 90-day course, dieters should have learnt how to make better food choices and exercising regularly.

Fat Smash Diet Phase 1 - Detox Phase

Detox mean cleaning your body and mind to start a better personality with healthier eating habits and lifestyles. Detox is relatively strict phase that last for 9 days, most of the food allowed during this phase are fruits and vegetables with addition of egg whites and dairy. Dieters are recommend to exercise five days a  week (30 minute each time) during this stage.

Fat Smash Diet Phase 2 - Foundation

This phase last for 3 week. During this phase you will learn the basics of healthy eating and correct portions. You are allow to take in more food compare with phase one. Seafood, lean meat, cheese, and healthy cereals (not the sugary kind) which are not allowed in phase one are added into the diet plan. Exercise time is increased to 33 to 35 minutes with 5 days a week.

Fat Smash Diet Phase 3 - Construction

Phase 3 last for 4 weeks. Compare to phase one and two this is a more lenient phase. During this phase more foods will be introduced back into your diet plan. The idea behind this phase is to develop a way of eating that allows you to include the foods you love in moderation such as breads, pastas and dessert(1 scoop low fat ice cream or 2-3 cookies or graham crackers). This makes the diet more interesting for many. The length of exercise time is further increased to 41 - 44 minutes, weight lifting is added to the exercise regime.

Fat Smash Diet Phase 4 - Temple

Phase 4 is a lifetime process. During this phase dieters are allowed to eat and drinks most off the foods. Alcohol and white starches along with sweets are added back in very small quantities. You should learn how to maintain the eating habit in previous phase. Exercise is increase to one hour five times a week, no matter the circumstances.

* In The new season, entitled "Boot Camp", premiered on March 13, 2008 eight celebrities are split into two teams of four members. Each teams are given different physical challenges. Their weight are monitored every week to see if they can reach their target goal weights.
